Terms and Conditions

All mares must be certified clear of CEM and EVA prior to arrival.

All mares must arrive with passport and head collar.

All mares and foals will be wormed accordingly upon arrival.

All necessary farriery work will be undertaken and passed on the owner at cost.

It is recommended that mares have up to date flu vaccinations. If there is no evidence of a current tetanus vaccination, one will be given upon arrival.

Whilst every care is taken with all visiting mares and foals, no responsibility is accepted for accidental injury, death, disease, loss or theft.

If a mare is scanned not in foal by or on October 1^st, it is the owners responsibility to send relevant documentation to the stud, to bring the NFFR arrangement into effect.

A nomination form is required to be filled in and signed by the owner, before or upon arrival.

All covering, keep and vets fees must be settled in full, before removal of the mare from the stud.
